How we deliver the services you have ordered
Go to the Book-Now page to start the process.
After placing a booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will check the booking, and if there's a problem contact you, usually the same day. If you wish to query a booking please contact us.
If you have booked a lesson for driving instruction, we will send you a reminder email about 24 hours before start of the lesson, and a SMS text message about 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
If you have requested a practical driving test, we will make a booking with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and then send you a confirmation email.
If you wish to opt out of any of these messages, please contact us in writing or by email. However, opting out will make it more difficult to provide you with the level of service that you expect. To download a copy of this policy, click here.
